Avocado Toast with Egg (Calories: 253, Fat: 7.5g, Carbs: 13g, Protein: 11.4g)

1/3 medium avocado, mashed

1 slice Lewis 12-grain bread

1 egg over easy or however you like it

Pinch of peppercorn blend or your seasoning preference

Spread mashed avocado on toasted slice of Lewis 12-grain bread, and top with over easy egg and seasoning. 


Peanut Butter and Chia Berry Jam English Muffin (Calories: 196, Fat: 13g, Carbs: 23, Protein: 7.3g)

1/2 unsweetened mixed frozen berries

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 slice English muffin


Microwave berries for 30 seconds. Stir, and microwave for 30 seconds more. Add in the chia seeds. Spread peanut butter on a slice of English muffin. Top with the chia-berry mixture.
